Shipping and Returns

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are custom-crafted and shipped from our facility in the Northern California. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays are not business days). This means it may take up to 3 business days for your order to leave our facility. Once shipped, your package will be in transit with the carrier (USPS).

During high-demand periods, such as new product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Nonexus Group LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you would like an estimate, please add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping costs will be provided based on your location and USPS rates.

Please note: We do not ship to APO/FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details will typically become active within 24 hours. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, Nonexus Group LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods to support your claim.

Returns & Cancellations
Because all Nonexus Group LLC products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. Please ensure your selections are correct before placing your order.

Orders may be canceled if we receive a written cancellation request via email within 24 hours of purchase. Include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for cancellation in your request. Send cancellations to: support@NonexusGroup.com.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after the 24-hour period.
